Profile Fleece Jacket - $185
Nau (pronounced “now”) is a sustainable urban+outdoor clothing company based out of Portland, OR. You can tell from their clothing and design asthetics that they are inspired by a modern mobile lifestyle of someone who hikes, bikes, walks, and runs to get places.
The Moose’s Tooth is one of 86 stores carrying this brand! They are small and like to keep it that way to maintain high-quality production.
The materials and fibers, mainly wool, that are used in each technical, fashion forward garment, are made from natural, organic and renewable sources. As seen in the image above, the Profile Fleece Jacket is made from recycled polyester (Polartec® Wind Pro®) with a DWR finish that repels water, wind and even dog hair! This jacket has a 4-way stretch which makes it ideal for biking through Lincoln.

Down Vest - $145
To the right is the Women’s Down Vest whose fabric face and lining made from recycled polyester with a 850-fill goose down fill that is a naturally renewable.
What really makes Nau stand out as a brand, is their innovation and enthusiasm for pushing environmental changes. Not only do that seek out production that promotes human rights and the environmental, they also donate 2% of each sale to humanitarian and environmental Partners for Change including Ashoka, Breakthrough Istitute, Kiva, EcoTrust and Mercy Corps.
